What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out can often be arranged — just ask.
Do I get the whole apartment to myself?
Yes. TEE Guest House is nine self-contained apartments across three floors, and you have your own apartment entirely to yourself — kitchen, living area, dining area, front balcony and bedrooms. All nine share the same layout and rate, so you get the same private home wherever you're placed.
How do the rates work?
The longer you stay, the lower the nightly rate: $90/night for short stays (less than a week), $75/night for long stays (more than a week), $65/night for monthly stays (a month or more), and $50/night for yearly stays (one year or more).
Is there reliable power and water?
Yes. The apartment has 24/7 electricity and running water, plus air conditioning and free WiFi throughout.
Is parking secure?
Yes — there's secured, spacious on-site parking, and the property has 24/7 security.
How do I pay?
We accept cash (USD and Liberian Dollars) and mobile money. Confirm the available options with us when you book.
